UH Elyria Medical Center provides Patient Account Representatives to assist patients and their families needing assistance with billing questions. Our account representatives provide helpful information, can make payment arrangements and help resolve billing problems.

For questions or assistance about billing and insurance, our financial services team can be contacted by phone Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 440-329-7833 or in person on the UH Elyria Medical Center campus next to the cashier in the main lobby. For our patients’ convenience, bills can also be paid online.
