Appointment will be made in early 2025 since I am 65 and Medicare covers this gynecological exam every other year. Dr. Wilbur and her staff are friendly, compassionate, and prompt. I would recommend Dr. Wilbur to everyone seeking a new ob/gyn. Wish I could have had her deliver my kids but she probably wasn't even born yet since my kids are in their 30s. Very happy with my decision to see her.

Dr. Wilbur is the most caring, compassionate and professional doctor I have ever had. I have major anxiety about medical appointments and her approach and our interaction during the visit made me relaxed as well as not being judged as difficult due to my anxiety.I wish she would have been my doctor all thru my childbearing years.I only found her after my former obgyn doctor retired. If I could rate her 20 stars out of 10 I most certainly would. .

Dr. Wilber is an excellent practitioner. She knows her job very well and very friendly as always. That's the reason why, I followed her in ***. I would not find any other doctor to look after my health aside from her. I love her dearly! Thanks, Dr. Wilber!

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
