The office visit itself was great. Jennifer has always been very good. Follow up care was the worst I have ever seen I was in pain she tried a new treatment. It did not work. I tried to call her back three different times and could not get an answer when I finally did it was not a phone call. It was a text Asking me questions that I had already answered for her. I will not go back there.

My experience with Jennifer Turner is, and always has been, EXCELLENT. She knows my medical history, she listens, she gives thought to my care and next steps, and she educates me on my conditions and medications. In addition, she is kind, personable, and patient. ***, nurse, is also terrific! He always explains what he is doing (blood pressure, etc) and asks all the right questions for intake. He, like Jennifer, creates a very open & relaxing environment.I am 110% happy with the care I receive from team ***-Jennifer!

This was my initial visit and I was extremely impressed with the way Jennifer went over my blood work and meds that my PCP was treating my diabetes. She listened to my concerns and explained what and why she was changing my meds and the benefits that I should experience with this change. I'm excited to work with her to Improve my health.

I switched to Jennifer as my new PCP due to a poor experience at my last office. She truly was great. We are working to get me off one of my current medications if possible which I greatly appreciate. She was very thorough and patient. She was also relatable as a person and I enjoyed talking with her.

Jen Turner is the best primary care provider I have ever had. I feel heard and comfortable with her. She shows her concern and care, and explains everything. The front desk clerk and her MA are always so nice and friendly as well. I always recommend Jen Turner whenever I can; she is the absolute best!

Jennifer Turner is a GREAT PA! I have been seeing her for years and she Always listens to me, takes her time with me and explains everything in detail. I never leave my appointment feeling like I don't understand what is going on, however If I did, I know I would be able to call her and she would answer my questions. Jennifer's staff is also knowledgeable and ALWAYS friendly!

*** at the front desk does not provide the level of customer service I am used to at the office. *** is wonderful! Jennifer Turner is hands down the BEST medical provider I have ever had! She cares for my entire family, including my sister, who had not been to any sort of medical provider in 10 plus years! My sister LOVES Jennifer!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is! Takes her time, explain things in a way I understand. As well as during any exams she will explain. Jennifer & *** are OUTSTANDING!
