Patient Experience Reviews
Dr Thomas is wonderful! I have recommended her to several friends! She is education, empathetic and relatable!
Dr. Natalie Thomas is so caring and truly takes all the time necessary to understand my concerns. She always explains what she is doing and what it means and takes action for next steps to get to the reason for any of my complaints. I couldn't ask for a better care giver. On top of being so knowledgeable, she is so personable and able to put me at ease.
Dr. Thomas has been my primary care Physician for almost 15 years. She and I have a great deal of respect for each other.
My doctor & nurses were awesome! ***

My entire family uses Dr. Thomas as our PCP. She is very thorough and compassionate in her care and treatment.
Excellent care as always.
Dr. Natalie Thomas is very caring, personable, patient, listens and you feel totally at ease and confident in the care received by her. She is great!!
Dr. Thomas was so patient with me and understanding as I often get nervous in a medical setting. I appreciated her empathy and respect for me. She provided me with all the resources possible to stress less when coming to the doctor.
Dr. Thomas is great! And her nurse and staff were very helpful.
Dr. Thomas has been my Primary Care Physician for many years. I consider her among the best.
The experience with the care provider was great. The experience of waiting took a very long time. When I arrived early and checked in there were two other individuals who checked in before me and both said appointments with the same doctor at the same exact time. I waited to be called back almost 45 minutes after waiting. I then waited in the room for a bit. I understand things get delayed but having multiple people all at the same time ended in me being at the office for almost two hours. Dr. Thomas apologized for being behind schedule and did not rush through the exam, but I was not happy with being in the office for so long for just a physical.
Dr. Thomas was covering for Dr. Wolf the support staff did not follow through to what I would expect.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
