I received excellent care by everyone I had contact with. My problem is much better.

Always a great visit at this office, will miss Dr. Roger Snyder when he retires! God Bless him in his journey after retirement!
Dr Snyder always listens, explains and makes me feel comfortableI will be sad when he retires
Dr Snyder Is excellent. He's professional, kind, takes time to listen, pays close attention to detail. We've been with this practice since 1977 because of the excellent care we've received from him and the others who preceded him. I recommend him to anyone who needs a PCP.
Good service
EXCELLENT
This doctor seems to think he should pray for every patient. I feel that a doctor's office is not the place for this. He asks you if he can pray for you and this time I told him I would rather he didn't. And then he said , "Well what is it? Yes of no?" And I was wondering how much more specific I could get. And I responded NO.
I wish all care providers were as competent and thorough as Ashland Family Practice.
Dr. Snyder has been my doctor for over 35 years he is the best.
I've been with Dr Synder for about 39 years and he has always been very kind and professional, He answers questions and explains test results and any actions that need to be taken.

Excellent Dr.Snyder Really took the time to make sure I was in good health. It was my usual yearly check up.
I have always felt respected and listened to by my family physician. Dr Snyder takes the time needed to answer my questions, as I always have a list of concerns to discuss with him. He explains things fully and makes sure we agree on the next step to take in addressing any medical concerns I have.

Good
Dr. Snyder is very good. I recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Snyder needs to OK it with me when he takes off for a vacation!
Excellent!
Very satisfied with the care I received
Visit went well except at the end. I did not care for his asking If he could pray for me. I do not feel that a doctor's office is the place for such a question, even though he asked if it was OK.
Dr. Snyder is competent, concerned, and kind.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
