The care that I received was well above and beyond. First time seeing her and she was very helpful. And the lady she had with her shadowing was excellent. She explained a lot about the medication and what they help . Will definitely hope to see the 2 really nice , understanding physicians. They really did care about the patient .

I usually see *** and I have nothing but good thoughts on her being my primary provider. This appointment was with a new provider, Kristina Roesch, so I wasn't sure how this would go. I'm happy to say it went well and I feel 100% comfortable in using this provider in the future. Two awesome and providers in the same office! Thank you

My provider is quite possibly the best provider this side of the Mississippi, ***

The provider is someone I had not seen, with my normal doctor on maternity leave. But this provider was above and beyond helpful with all my concerns and issues. After just having 2 foot surgeries. The reason for the appointment not being within 15 mins I believe is because the office was understaffed and she had to take on double the load of patients with my usual Dr off.

Kristina is very thorough. While I was discussing my ED visit with her she showed concern for my issues, double checked my contusion on my head to see if there was any infection and checked the lump I felt on my breast. She told me to keep an eye on the lump since it was on the side I landed on and to call next week if the lump had not gone away. I just love her! She is very thorough and caring.

Kristina spent a great deal of time with me. She was so thorough, that when I asked her about a possible referral to a UH rheumatologist, we then discussed a medication I could try to reduce the pain of my arthritis flare ups. I've taken it for two days now and am quite surprised how it's dulled the pain and helped my mobility.

She was concerned and ordered the x-ray I requested of my thumbs. We discussed hand surgeons availability with UH. I noted the recommendations and called for an appointment...but ...did not schedule as the date was months away. I then proceeded to try to get a surgeon that would see me in a couple mo.

I have just moved to this area. I am a new patient. Dr. Roesche was recommended to me by my new neighbor. It was the best experience I have ever had with PCP. She listened attentively, checked my ears, nose, throat, glands, listened to my heart. She ordered all the necessary tests and scheduled a follow up. The office called me quickly with the test results and explained everything to me. I also love the UH online system where I can see all the notes and information about my health in details. I also was impressed with the staff at the hospital during my tests.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
