It was my first visit to Dr Mooh. She answered by questions, asked me some, and let me know what medications I might want to add.
This was my first visit and I really needed to be seen. The office fit me into a cancellation. This provider has a very direct, no-nonsense, and goal-oriented style and approach. I appreciate that she formulated and implemented a treatment plan for my condition, which has been changeable and vexing over years. I'm looking forward to working further with her.
Dee (or D, not sure) was outstanding. She was diligent and persistent in tracking down an insurance issue and quickly got it resolved so I could continue my care. Despite having to deal with that confusing situation she was friendly, competent and kind with me on the phone and in person. When you're dealing with a serious health condition and in unknown territory, friendliness combined with competence is a real treasure. Thanks!
