The doctor and staff were geat. I found the inflexibility of the new UH computer system and policies frustrating to the point of wanting to avoid care in the UH system.
My appts. With DR. Lane have always been concern for my well being and health..She is an excellent Dr. Always giving information and options for me to take away from my appts. She has kept me in good health and I have confidence that she will continue to do this. I so appreciate her and hope she stays at UH for a very long time.

This was a follow up appointment. Dr. Lane is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I do want to mention that the woman that checked us out was EXTREMELY rude. She did not greet us, we stood there with a long awkward silence before I said what we needed (Dr. Lane said they would provide a doctor note,finish filling out the address etc on the other form the doctor filled out, and also give us a referral.) the lady didn't even say anything, took the paper, handed us a preprinted paper to call uh scheduling, and did not say one word the entire time. I had to ask again for the doctor note. This all seemed like an extreme inconvenience and she was super unfriendly. She did not say goodbye or have a nice day or anything when we said thanks, goodbye. This was a different woman than we normally see there. Every other person there is wonderful.

Dr. Lane is extremely attentive and thorough and always explains what and why she is doing something. She has an excellent bedside manner and recommended my mother change her primary care physician to Dr. Lane. My mom did change to Dr. Lane and loves the quality of care Dr. Lane provides. The office stage is very cheerful; you can tell they are a community of caregivers. I love going to that office!
Dr Lane is excellent at listening. This quality positively and profoundly impacts her ability to know and care for my health needs. Her positive and respectful demeanor seems reflected in all the staff. Best run Doctor's office I've experienced in decades. Please try not to screw out up. Shutting the lab was disappointing.

Dr Lane is great!
Doctor was very respectful and very professional. The only thing Doctor told me after I go to restroom for leave the urine sample she will call me back at the exam room once I tried to go back in exam room nurse told me I should leave the clinic because Doctor said she down with me few hours later nurse called me and told me why I left the clinic Doctor wants to talk to you!!so I just confused. I think they need more be updating about paint and doctor. Every thing was good and I really appreciate it for doctor she was very helpful
Dr. Lane is always pleasant and easy to talk to. She is not afraid to ask you questions and really listens to your answers. She makes you comfortable as soon as she walks into the exam room. I feel so safe and well cared for with her. I am so glad she is my doctor.

Dr. Lane is THE BEST doctor I have ever been to. I have referred several of my family members as well as friends to see her. She takes your problems and finds solutions and cares. She helps and doesn't stop until she gets you all fixed up! LOVE HER!!! Can not speak more highly of her. I've been to other doctors in the same practice and she is in a league of her own.
