It's always a pleasure to visit with Nicole Bort; she is very caring, professional and friendly. Her staff is also very good. They were having issues with the new computer program and they apologized for the inconvenience. The program should have been rolled out to them in a better manner.

Nicole Bort was FANTASTIC! I had anxiety leading up to my appointment, 1 because I've never been to a Dermatologist before, & 2 because I have a skin condition that I've been battling quite a few years with on my own that leaves me insecure. Nicole Bort was so refreshing, kind, and so positive! She made me feel comfortable IMMEDIATELY. As soon as she walked into the room and sat down. She was positive about my treatment, explained what was going on, and listened to my concerns and it was a very stress-free experience when I was worried it would not be! I've already told my family and friends how great she is and they too plan to see her! Glad I was offered this survey so I could compliment how wonderful my care was from her and how much better I felt about my condition, and the outlook of my condition after only one appointment! I was referred by Dr Moderelli to see Dr Bort for a skin condition he was trying to address.I had tried to get into other Dermatology Offices in my area for quite some time with no luckDr Borts office had a cancellation and got me in the next morning! I live a little over an hour away so she had offered a telecall for my follow up if needed.I will definitely make the trip to go into the office though
