Patient Experience Reviews
Typically, this provider is more on the quick and efficient side. However, this time was not a routine visit and was instead addressing some concerns, and I appreciated how she slowed down, listened thoroughly, explained possibilities, and reassured me. I felt like I was in good care and that we would handle anything that came up. Additionally, my anxiety about the health concern was eased greatly after this visit.
Didn't need another appointment yet. Dr ward is the best doctor, super nice caring good attitude always has a smile on her face. She makes me feel comfortable
Dr Ward is very nice & caring
Dt ward is an excellent doctor highly recommend her
Dr. Ward is a very caring doctor who really cares. Very great doctor.
My annual appointments with Dr. Ward are always comfortable and relaxing. She and her staff are very pleasant and make the patient feel welcome. ***
Dr. Ward ran late because of the high winds/hurricane through Cleveland...several of the offices were affected and the staff was trying to juggle multiple balls. I didn't mind waiting because of the unusual situation. They kept me very informed. Great team and I am grateful I found them.
Dr ward and her staff have been very supportive, helpful and very welcoming
Dr Ward was attentive and personable. She made me feel at ease.
Highly recommend Dr Ward!!!
Andrea was amazing. So relaxed and treated me like a "human" not just a random patient. She really felt engaged and helped me understand things better. She was awesome
Excellent doctor very knowledgeable very personable easy to talk to.
I like Dr. Ward a lot. She answered my questions, and asked if there was anything else I needed. She also showed interest in my personal life and was friendly and easy to talk to,
Dr Ward is excellent. She doesn't rush. She takes time to answer questions and is personable. Not only would I refer others to her, I already have!
This was my first time with Dr. Ward she was very nice, my Doctor retired I was nervous seeing a new doctor after all these years but my experience with Dr. Ward was a good one.
Dr. Ward, and the staff, were exceptional! I called my mother immediately to tell her how pleased I was with them and the appointment as a whole. I've already told several others how great they were too. Dr. Ward's receptionist was so helpful and kind, the nurse was pleasant and went above and beyond, and Dr. Ward was fantastic, listened Intently and explained everything. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
First time seeing this provider. Very satisfied with the care I received and would see her again for any problems and regular care required in the future. Thank You
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
