Patient Experience Reviews
Dr. Striegel is ALWAYS very attentive to listening to what is happening from an illness & symptoms perspective. He always takes time to educate so you are informed every step of the way through your appointment. I always walk away feeling confident in my diagnosis and plan of getting well. Dr. Striegel is very empathetic and fights for what is right from a medication/treatment strategy. I appreciate that he is my primary care physician and is very familiar with my health situation.
It was fine.
Best doctor ever!
I think the doctor is very caring and does his best to help you with your health needs
Dr. Streigl is amazing. ***
The doctor and nurse both discussed treatment but when the exam was over, I was not given any instructions or referrals. No orders for bloodwork were given to me and no return appointments made.
Very good Doctor
Great

Doc is great. ***
I was very impressed by his bedside manner. Also couldn'f believe how easy it was to make an appointment
Love this doctor and staff. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Always listens, always care.
Dr Striegel and his staff are absolutely the best.
I have been seeing Dr. Streigle for many years and I believe that he genuinely cares about my health and has my best interests at heart. I don't like to go to anyone else if possible. He also goes above and beyond to make sure I know what is best for me. He always keeps up to date on my progress.
Dr. Striegel is an excellent provider, very thorough and respectful and caring. He gives you his full attention and respect and explanations. But the great care he provides is at the cost of consistently long wait times each time we see him. His explanations or stories are sometimes confusing.
My provider was in the office that day by himself. Other physicians were not in office for various reasons. My visit was good when I was finally able to see him.
I usually don't have to wait for Dr Striegel, but if I do (like at this visit), I don't mind because it means he is taking the time he needs with each patient.
It has become what to expect in wait times. I am assuming the doctor is giving care to other patients and will get to me as soon as he can. I have never had a doctor pay attention and listen to me as Dr. Striegel does.
I received excellent care at this visit.
Dr Streigle is very caring and compassionate.I'm comfortable with him and he's the reason I come back. Good doctor, good man!
Very easy and friendly, answered all my questions and helped find solutions to various pains I've been experiencing.
One of the best Doctors that I ever had.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Peter Striegel did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
