This was my first visit to Dr. Hadam and she was so knowledgeable about my Issues; even mentioning she had heard of studies regarding Stage 3 Liver disease. She explained our plan of action and agreed with my request for a certain diabetic medicine that would aid my liver as well as my diabetes. Her bedside manner put me at ease right away as I was extremely nervous coming to a new doctor (mine had just retired). She suggested, at my agreement, that my glucose monitor send her the test results so she has a better understanding of what is happening and when to my glucose levels. I believe she went above and beyond and I have already started recommending her to family and friends.

Doctor checking watch as I was talking was very disconcerting. Receptionist did not believe I wasn't sick or had covid because I was wearing a mask! I told her I was trying to prevent getting covid. Seems pretty elementary to me.
Dr. Valerie Hadam is excellent, listens, and clearly focuses on what we discuss. Her assistant Christine is also excellent and incredibly nice.
She reviewed my medications. She was concerned about my health in general.

She and her assistant take particular care to ask my preference in their wearing masks during my exam, which greatly relieves my stress and demonstrates the care they give their patients. This behavior should be demonstrated more through the system.

*** was a first time appt with Dr. Hadam and I'm very pleased with the doctor and her staff. *** was able to put me on a "wait list," calling me immediately when an appt was available. Even though the waiting room time was longer than expected, I had no problem with that since I was seeing Dr. Hadam much, much earlier than end of ***. I was having double vision thought to be thyroid related and just not feeling well from the thyroid medication dosage for quite some time. HUGE thanks to Dr. Hadam and *** for being very kind, courteous and knowledgeabl. Dr. Hadam gave me an immediate plan of action with scheduled follow-ups / lab work. So impressed with this Endo Team!!!

Although I waited more than 15 minutes, Dr.Hadam did not rush though my appointment, so I understand that she afforded the same time and attention to the patients before me. Another appointment will be made after I have been using the medication change long enough to make a difference in my condition.
