Our staff is organized into client focused teams, in which each of our employers is assigned a dedicated Customer Service Representative, RN Case Manager and Provider Billing Representative.
Each team member has specific areas of expertise and responsibility:
- Customer Service Representatives are the main point of contact and are responsible for filing first reports of injury with the state. Service really is their middle name.
- Case Managers, who are registered nurses and certified case managers, take the lead on the medical management process, return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
- Provider Billing Representatives work closely with doctors, hospitals and other medical providers to facilitate the billing and payment process.
