Exploring Everyday Bias for Healthcare Professionals
Your Program Coordinator will inform you of the Live Zoom Session you need to attend.

This workshop supports our system-wide ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive work environment and deliver equitable care to our patients. The workshop helps participants explore how assumptions impact behavior and choices; it is organized around four themes: experiencing bias, the science of bias, understanding our biases, and mitigating our biases.

The Be Equitable session requires individual undivided attention for 90-min, including visual and audio presence.

You will be preregistered for the workshop and receive an email with the Zoom Link and program information.

If you have questions or more information, don't hesitate to contact the CEDI Department at: MaryElizabeth.Ruttenberg@UHhospitals.org.
