All aspects of diagnostic and surgical urology are available for both children and adults, male and female. Special programs include pediatric urology, urologic oncology, neurogenic bladder, spinal cord injury, renal lithiasis and lithotripsy, infertility, impotence, female urology and incontinence.
Special diagnostic outpatient services include:
- Cystoscopy
- Cystometrics and urodynamics
- Prostate ultrasonography and biopsy
- Erectile dysfunction evaluation
In addition, the Department of Urology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University is actively involved in the following basic and/or clinical research programs:
- Urologic oncology
- Diseases of the prostate
- Urolithiasis (kidney stone formation)
- Infertility
- Male sexual dysfunction
- Female urology and incontinence
- Neurourology
