General Application Information:
The Case Western Reserve University Orthopaedics Residency Program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Applications Service (ERAS). Three interview dates are scheduled during the months of November, December and January, and approximately thirty candidates are interviewed during each session. Candidates are interviewed by Case attendings and at least one chief resident. Additionally, members of each residency class are available for campus tours and informal question-and-answer sessions. Interviews are granted by invitation via e-mail.

Application Requirements:
We require all of the basic ERAS application materials as well as an undergraduate school transcript. This undergraduate transcript may be sent to us in a variety of ways. You may:

  • scan it through the ERAS system if your medical school will allow it

  • fax us a copy you may have in your possession; our fax number is (216) 844-8181

The deadline for all application materials is November 1.
Those selected for interviews will be notified by e-mail.
