Pilot Study of Changes in Fat-Free Mass in Patients with Pancreatic Carcinoma |

| Description: |
This study will evaluate a new method for the measurement of changes in the amount of muscle tissue that may occur in patients with pancreatic cancer and correlate changes in a longitudinal fashion with tumor activity. This study may help with predicting patient outcome based on these measurements. |
| Criteria: |
- Biopsy-proven inoperable locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma
- ECOG performance status 0-3
- Age > 18 years
- Able to stand unassisted
- Must not have pacemaker or implanted defibrillator
