Call the Physician Referral Service at (800) 552-8338 or (216) 844-7553 to refer a patient, request a physician consultation, schedule an appointment or request additional information. The office is staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekdays.
Consultation requests can also be made directly to department members, by calling (216) 844-3061.
