Hanna House has two outstanding services to help the patient become as independent as possible for their return home. The Hanna House Skilled Nursing Center and the Hanna House Inpatient Rehabilitation Center both share the same philosophy of care. This philosophy at Hanna House is different from that of a hospital. At Hanna House, patients are actively involved in planning their care and are encouraged to do as much as possible independently. If you are unable to perform a particular task, our staff works with you to develop or strengthen your skills in that area. By working on activities of daily life, you’ll be prepared to return home knowing how well you function and what sort of adaptations you may need. Our ultimate goal is to help you return home with the greatest level of independence possible.
