The Foley ElderHealth Center is devoted to today’s older adults, a population that can reasonably expect to remain active and independent longer than past generations. It was the vision of Dr. Joseph M. Foley and opened in 1987 with the mission of, “devotion to the health and well-being of today’s older adults”

The Foley ElderHealth Center was developed to address the needs of the elderly. It provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary evaluation of elderly persons with physical, psychological, and social problems, with a strong emphasis on cognitive function and specific ability to carry out the activities of daily living.

The hallmark fo the center is board-certified Geriatricians and Neurologists blending highly skilled medical expertise and highly personalized patient-doctor relationships.

The Foley ElderHealth Center features the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment program and the Memory and Cognition Center.
