Excimer Lasers
As individual as fingerprints, no two eyes are alike. Each one needs careful and specific consideration in laser vision correction. Thorough diagnostics are the first step to laser vision correction. We'll conduct a fast, free screening to determine if an individual is a good candidate for laser vision correction. We will then review his or her questions and explain the differences in LASIK technology. Our excimer lasers are at the forefront of laser vision correction and can tailor the procedure to meet the needs of every patient. We will carefully explain to you how it will give you the best results for your particular prescription.
IntraLase
The IntraLase Method™ is a blade-free approach to creating the corneal flap – the important first step in LASIK. It is done with tiny pulses of laser light, a quadrillionth of a second each, and provides unparalleled safety as well as unprecedented control and precision. The entire process takes about 30 seconds. Hundreds of thousands of procedures have been performed using the IntraLase Method with outstanding visual results. In fact, more patients achieve 20/20 vision or better when they chose IntraLase.
Custom Wavefront
Custom Wavefront LASIK technology is a diagnostic tool that helps tailor each patient’s LASIK procedure. It maps the corneal topography to capture unique imperfections in an individual’s vision. The Custom Wavefront digital information can then be linked to the excimer laser, providing the highest level of precision and accuracy, thereby optimizing vision results.
