University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center is the first Cuyahoga County hospital built from the ground up in 30 years. University Hospitals celebrated this commitment to advancing health care in the region with separate dedication events for its supporters, people in the community and employees.
UH began its celebration with a gala for over 1,000 invited guests. Among those in attendance were UH Board Chairman Monte Ahuja, his wife Usha, their family, philanthropic supporters and community leaders. Individuals toured the hospital and enjoyed an evening that honored the generosity and hard work comprised of bringing this facility into fruition.
