Attention all direct-care providers: You are required to complete the 2008-2009 influenza vaccination online training. 

As of yesterday, 32 percent of UH direct-care providers have viewed the required LMS education and taken the survey.  Of those surveyed, 78 percent have indicated acceptance of this year's influenza vaccine.

All direct-care providers have been enrolled in the 2008-09 influenza vaccination campaign online training in the Learning Management System (LMS). This online mandatory training, for all direct-care providers, is now available and must be completed by Nov. 28. The training will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and it contains an anonymous survey tracking acceptance/declination rates per Joint Commission requirements. To log into Oracle click here.
