UH Employee Engagement Survey

It’s not your imagination – those smiling faces you see on colorful posters throughout the UH system really belong to people you know. That’s because these workgroups have truly made a difference by applying the results from last year’s UH Employee Engagement Survey to enhance their work experience while improving customer service and quality.

From Sept. 15 - 29 you will have an opportunity to take the 2008 UH Employee Engagement Survey. And in upcoming issues of Daily News, you will learn more about the departments represented on the posters and how they helped patients, themselves and their co-workers by acting on employee suggestions as a result of the survey.

It takes about 10 minutes to complete the survey by toll-free phone or computer, and your opinions are strictly confidential – no one at UH will see your individual responses. Special computer stations for taking the survey are located throughout UH entities for your added convenience.

On Sept. 15 your manager will provide you with detailed information about how to access the survey so we can continue to build a work environment and culture as an Employer of Choice.
