What is Pediatric Innovation Day?

Pediatric Innovation Day is entering its 3rd year and is designed to highlight how innovation can lead to improved care for pediatric patients, provide mechanisms by which novel ideas can be developed at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, and advance the development of products or processes that can resolve clinical challenges in delivering high-quality car to our pediatric patients.

Do you have an idea for a new/enhanced device or process in pediatric care?

Enter your idea to compete in the 2011 Pediatric Innovation Day Competition and be eligible to win one of four $5,000. grant awards to use as start-up funds in taking your idea to the next level.

Who can submit an idea and how do I do it?

Anyone employed by University Hospitals is eligible to participate.

Complete the Idea Submission Application and return to Amber Edler at Amber.Edler@UHhospitals.org.

Proposals are due by 5:00pm. on October 27, 2011. and winners will be notified by November 4, 2011.
