Patient Care Advocates are available to help patients resolve any issues that emerge during their hospitalization. We can help with issues such as communication, policies and procedures, quality of care, patient safety, lost items, and general information about the hospital and community. We encourage you to first communicate directly with your clinician or other care provider.
However, if you prefer to discuss your concerns with a third party, you may contact the Patient Care Advocate office at any time. The Patient Care
Advocate will listen to your concerns and explore possible courses
of action for resolving the issues.
