Beginning Friday, May 30, traffic operations around the MLK/E. 105th/East Blvd intersection will be dramatically altered by the City of Cleveland. The East Blvd. leg connecting E. 105th Street to the traffic circle will be permanently closed. This closure will necessitate a number of lane width reductions and significant modifications to the traffic movement patterns.

Please follow the posted signage and use the utmost caution when entering and leaving the traffic circle. Traffic movements may be confusing to those who travel it on a daily basis.

Effective Tuesday, May 27, Euclid Avenue will have only one available lane for traffic in each direction. Crews will be constructing the medians and preparing the south half of the road for paving.

Traffic shifts to the northern most lanes of Euclid Avenue will take place between the intersections of Stearns Road and Mayfield Road. The traffic pattern will change between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The work will be completed within the next four to six weeks.
