In our desire to provide outstanding customer service and superior meal quality at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center, A Campus of UH Regional Hospitals, we present At Your Request - Room Service Dining. Patients may order what they want to eat, when they want to eat it. With this program, we hope to meet nutritional needs and requests, and do a small part to make your hospital stay as comfortable as possible.
Orders can be placed by dialing 6368 (MENU) anytime between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The Room Service Dining menu can be found in your Admission Packet. Meals may be ordered in advance—please allow 45 minutes for delivery. Family members may assist with ordering patient meals from home by dialing 440-585-6368 when outside the hospital. Some items may not be appropriate for restricted or modified diets—please allow a Nutrition Services Assistant to help with selection. If there are questions about a diet, please ask to speak with a Dietitian.
Guests may purchase a meal ticket for $5 from the Café during normal hours. The guest may then order from the Room Service Dining menu by dialing 6368 (MENU). The Nutrition Services Assistant will deliver the tray and collect the ticket within 45 minutes of ordering or at a time selected by the guest (guests have the option to order meals so they arrive at the same time as the patient’s). The guest must have the ticket at the time of delivery—the Nutrition Services Assistant cannot accept cash.
