Today, following a major 2003 investment and restructuring initiative, the enhanced Rehabilitation services at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center, A Campus of UH Regional Hospitals, encompass remodeled and expanded facilities, and upgraded physical and occupational equipment. These improvements reflect a new commitment to full-service inpatient and outpatient acute care, including stroke recovery therapy.
The staff of Physical Therapists, PT assistants, Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Aides and Speech Therapists forms a vital link with many other departments at the hospital – especially Orthopaedics and Pain Management. Our Rehabilitation services are also available for Saturday outpatient scheduling.
