University Hospitals’ nationally acclaimed Department of Psychiatry provides care to patients of all ages with psychiatric and behavioral health disorders. This advanced inpatient and outpatient care includes:

• Addiction Recovery
• Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry
• A comprehensive Mood Disorders program and
• A Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder program

In early 2009, the Department relocated and expanded its adult inpatient services to a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art facility at UH Richmond Medical Center. With the support and resources of UH Case Medical Center, we are able to proactively address the most complex psychiatric conditions. Patients who reside in our community can now remain close to home while they work with our compassionate behavioral specialists to achieve a better life.
