As one of the premier advanced training opportunities in the U.S., Case Western Reserve University’s Orthopaedic Residency Program remains one of the most highly rated and popular residencies in the field. We average 500 applications for the six residency positions available each year.

The program provides comprehensive training in all aspects of orthopaedic surgery. Our sizeable, internationally renowned faculty furnishes training in all of the orthopaedic subspecialties. State-of-the-art facilities and nationally recognized research programs complement the residents’ training experience with a full range of clinical and surgical opportunities.
