• Board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular medicine specialty as recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
• Active state license in Ohio
• Active practice in your specialty

All participants will be held to the clinical practice guidelines of University Hospitals and/or regional standards such as:

• The QA, Peer Review, and other appropriate clinical review processes
• Providing patient care according to nationally-accepted practice and protocols to ensure quality of care and exceptional clinical outcomes
• Active participation in patient care in a manner that promotes interdisciplinary treatment planning and patient satisfaction
• Maintaining clinically appropriate quality outcomes in local venue
