Health Professionals: Welcome to the Vascular Center

The UH vascular team welcomes working with health professionals who are interested in learning more about our institution or in referring patients for treatment. We share a commitment to excellence in patient care and physician education and development.

• Referral Process – Physicians can refer patients to UH online, by phone, or through fax. We provide doctors with the date and time of their patient’s appointment for further follow-up.
• Fellowship Program – Our two-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship program incorporates both clinical and academic training, preparing fellows for their board certification in vascular surgery.
