Cardiovascular Imaging Core Laboratory

The Cardiovascular Imaging Core Laboratory at University Hospitals Case Medical Center is a comprehensive lab led by physicians and physician-scientists who work to develop and improve cardiovascular imaging modalities, both invasively and non-invasively.

Some of our technologies include:

Invasive

• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
• quantitative coronary analysis (QCA)
• intravascular ultrasound (IVUS)

Non-invasive

• computed tomography (CT)
• magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

Our team consists of rising scientists and world-renowned experts whose specialty in cardiovascular imaging has helped to create, develop and advance technology in that area. Most recently, we have been recognized for our groundbreaking work on Optical Coherence Tomography.
