Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a medical modality within a comprehensive medical system used throughout Asia for approximately 2,500 years.  Within the last fifty years, its appearance in the West has become a welcome integration to the current western medical models as a preventative choice and as a collaborator in helping patients get well.  
 

Services
Using hair thin, solid needles that produce a relatively painless experience, acupuncture aids in assisting the body towards a balanced alignment wherein the physical, mental and emotional aspects of a human being are addressed.  Overall, acupuncture addresses longevity, acute and chronic illness, pain, emotional distress, and the side effects of prescribed drugs.

  • Nervous system and muscular disorders
  • Ear, nose, and throat disorders
  • Emotional imbalance, anxiety, depression

  • Support for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments
  • Post-operative surgery recovery
