University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital will provide free H1N1 flu vaccinations for adults and children, while supplies last, on January 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Deforia Lane Clinic, 2101 Adelbert Road, Suite 1200. Second dose boosters for children will also be available. Participants should complete and bring the vaccination registration form found at the State of Ohio Department of Health Web site at https://h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov/.
