UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital to Provide Free H1N1 Vaccinations Thursday, January 07, 2010 (882 reads)
University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital will provide free H1N1 flu vaccinations for adults and children, while supplies last, on January 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Deforia Lane Clinic, 2101 Adelbert Road, Suite 1200. Second dose boosters for children will also be available. Participants should complete and bring the vaccination registration form found at the State of Ohio Department of Health Web site at https://h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov/. In case of inclement weather, please call 216-844-7909 for information on the status of the clinic.

For the safety of our patients, no visitors under 18 years of age, unless they are a parent of a patient, will be permitted in patient care areas. No ill visitors or ill family members will be permitted to visit with the following flu-like symptoms: - Fever
- Chills
- Body aches
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Runny nose
- Headache
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
