CE Statement
University Hospitals (OH-003/05-01-2008), is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the OH Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Continuing Education Credit
Nursing contact hours will be awarded and are calculated on a 60-minute contact hour. Total hours obtained are determined by the number of sessions a participant attends.
Conference Tuition Includes
• Continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack
• Networking opportunity, poster displays and vendor contacts
• CD ROM of full day conference handouts will be mailed with your confirmation. No handouts will be
available at the conference.
• Preconference and dinner speaker on April 17 for additional fees
Conference Guidelines
• Audio and/or videotaping, smoking and children are not permitted in the sessions
• Concurrent sessions are 60 minutes in length
• Conference faculty may be substituted or sessions cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
• Conference faculty are required to disclose any relationships with commercial companies whose products are discussed during their presentation
